Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Lead Mechanical Technician to design, build, activate, and maintain advanced manufacturing facilities. You'll work with HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance and repairs in Hawthorne, CA.

You have extensive experience in mechanical systems, particularly in HVAC maintenance and repair. Your background includes hands-on work with air handlers, chilled water systems, and cooling towers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You excel at troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices. Your ability to mentor and lead a team of technicians is complemented by your problem-solving skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in all operations.

What you'll do

As a Lead Mechanical Technician at SpaceX, you will play a crucial role in the critical infrastructure team.
