Experience in the cybersecurity or internet infrastructure sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. What you'll do

As the Sales Director for East Canada, you will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to driving customer acquisition and retention. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with Cloudflare's mission to build a better Internet. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure they meet their goals.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers from initial contact through to adoption and ongoing support. Your insights into customer needs will help shape product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that Cloudflare continues to meet the evolving demands of the market.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage Cloudflare's technologies to enhance their online presence and security. Regularly reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Cloudflare remains competitive in the rapidly changing tech landscape.
