You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused environment. You understand the nuances of the sales process and have successfully led teams to achieve ambitious targets. You are results-driven and have a strategic mindset, capable of analyzing market trends and adapting your approach to meet the needs of diverse customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses, and you are eager to share that passion with your team and clients.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity or internet infrastructure sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have experience managing teams across different locations. A strong network within the Canadian tech industry will be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director for East Canada, you will lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to driving customer acquisition and retention. Your insights into customer needs will help shape product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that Cloudflare continues to meet the evolving demands of the market.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage Cloudflare's technologies to enhance their online presence and security. Regularly reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that Cloudflare remains competitive in the rapidly changing tech landscape.
