As a Lead Fulfillment Associate, you will assist the Area Manager in overseeing various departments within the pharmacy. You will supervise and support a team of associates, ensuring that productivity goals are met or exceeded. You will play a key role in building operational processes from the ground up, contributing to the overall success of Hims & Hers as it grows.
