As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, utilizing your sales skills to build relationships and close deals. You will receive extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between your home office and in-field work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role. You will have the potential to earn between $90,000 and $110,000 in your first year through commissions, with opportunities for growth in income year over year.
