Netflix is seeking a User Researcher to join their Consumer Insights team focused on games. You'll design and execute research to drive strategy and impact for Netflix Games, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. This role requires expertise in UX and market research.

Who you are

You have a strong background in user research, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies that inform product development and strategy. You understand the gaming landscape and can uncover insights that drive innovation and differentiation for Netflix Games. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that consumer insights are integrated into all aspects of game development.

You are skilled in designing and executing various research projects, including playtesting and usability studies, to gather actionable feedback. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, translating findings into strategic recommendations that enhance user experience and engagement. You are passionate about gaming and understand how consumer behavior influences game design and marketing strategies.

Desirable

Experience in the gaming industry is a plus, as is familiarity with UX design principles. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt your research approach based on project needs. A background in data analysis tools and techniques will further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As a User Researcher at Netflix, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Netflix Games by conducting comprehensive research that informs product and marketing strategies.
