Stripe is hiring an Implementation Specialist to guide developers in integrating with Bridge APIs. You'll resolve technical challenges and enhance onboarding workflows. This role requires experience with financial systems and technical training.
You have experience working with financial systems, online payments, or e-commerce platforms — you understand the nuances of integrating APIs and can effectively communicate technical concepts to developers. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple onboarding flows concurrently while ensuring a smooth activation experience for customers. You are comfortable with various code-level debugging and writing code, which allows you to assist developers in overcoming early-stage technical challenges. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding workflows and ensure high-quality handoffs. You possess strong problem-solving skills and are eager to contribute to the growth of the onboarding operation.
In this role, you will work directly with developers as they integrate with Bridge APIs, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them go live successfully. You will play a key role in resolving early-stage technical challenges, ensuring a smooth activation experience, and accelerating time-to-value for our customers. You will collaborate across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to unblock customers and improve onboarding workflows. Your contributions will enhance areas such as workflow optimization, making the onboarding process more efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for delivering live technical training to users, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the APIs effectively.
