At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we're hiring an EMEA Business Outcome Solutions Lead to drive our partner industry and line of business programs across EMEA, in collaboration with the Global leader for the BOX Program and other relevant partner growth programs. This role will be instrumental in accelerating customer business outcomes through strategic business development, program management, and partner ecosystem development. This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive AWS's partner industry engagement strategy across EMEA, working with innovative customers and partners to accelerate their business outcomes through cloud adoption and digital transformation
Key job responsibilities
Lead and scale the Business Outcome Solutions programs, including Business Outcome Xcelerator (BOX), across priority industries in EMEA, working with the Global BOX and Business Outcome Solution Leaders.
Develop and execute program management strategies to drive business outcomes for customers
Create and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional priorities
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
Drive data-driven investment decisions to maximize program impact
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and execution
Develop and maintain program documentation and best practices for EMEA.- 10+ years of industry and cloud computing experience
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
- Experience with data-driven decision making and investment strategies
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs
- In-depth experience with AWS Business Outcome Solutions programs such as BOX, Partner Solutions Factory, and others- MBA or advanced degree in related field
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Prior experience in cloud services, digital transformation, or enterprise software
- Track record of building and scaling programs across multiple geographies
