What you'll do

As an Entry-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will perform light maintenance tasks and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet quality standards before they are delivered to customers. You will conduct initial inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed, playing a crucial role in the reconditioning process. Your responsibilities will include using diagnostic tools to assess vehicle conditions and collaborating with more experienced technicians to learn best practices in automotive repair.

You will participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics, allowing you to progress in your career as you gain experience. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
