As a Marketplace Quality Representative, you will be responsible for improving the quality of DoorDash operations by adjudicating background checks and insurance claims, investigating safety incidents, and implementing quality measures. You will work closely with the Marketplace Quality Team Lead to identify areas for efficiency improvements and streamline processes. Your role will involve monitoring daily quality metrics and driving tool usage to enhance operational efficiencies. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with internal partners to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management. Your contributions will directly impact the overall experience of our Customers, Dashers, and Merchants, making this a vital role within the organization.
