We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend technologies, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration and Testing:
Lead integration efforts, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and visual regression testing.
Leverage AWS services such as AppSync, Lambda, CloudFront, and S3, while ensuring robust unit testing practices.
CI/CD and DevOps:
Oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Promote DevOps practices for efficient and automated software development processes.
Design Patterns and Clean Code:
Champion the use of design patterns and enforce a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
Frontend Development:
Utilize over 6 years of solid experience in developing web applications using React and TypeScript.
Build scalable and performant frontend solutions that enhance user experience.
Architectural Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of software development best practices and the design of scalable architectures.
Implement high-quality, high-performance solutions.
Communication and Agile Methodologies:
Exhibit outstanding communication skills, fostering collaboration within the team and across departments.
Guide the team in agile methodologies and collaborative development approaches.
Version Control and Deployment:
Manage version control tools, build systems, and continuous deployment processes effectively.
Ensure strong operational quality management within the team.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, including leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in Javascript, React and TypeScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
