Vanta is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage GTM compensation plans and ensure accurate payouts. You'll work closely with Finance and People teams to drive optimal revenue-generating behaviors. This role requires expertise in compensation management and data validation.
You have a strong background in compensation analysis, with experience in administering compensation plans and managing payout processes. You understand the importance of aligning compensation structures with strategic business objectives and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in calculations and participant details. You are comfortable handling compensation inquiries and escalations, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with compensation management software like CaptivateIQ is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform compensation strategies, ensuring that they motivate and reward performance appropriately.
As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Vanta, you will administer all GTM compensation plans, ensuring that calculations, components, crediting rules, and participant details are accurately configured and maintained. You will manage the end-to-end monthly and quarterly payout processes, which includes data validation, calculation reviews, and exception handling. Your role will require coordination with Finance and People teams to ensure that payouts are timely and precise, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the compensation programs.
You will serve as the primary owner of compensation inquiries and escalations, providing support and guidance to stakeholders as needed. Your insights will help drive the design and implementation of transparent and motivational compensation programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. You will also play a key role in analyzing compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
