Quality Assurance Engineer- Siri & AIML Program Office

The AIML Quality Program team is seeking a QA Engineer to help us ensure that our products, like Siri exceed our customer expectations. Think beyond what features are supposed to do and creatively seek ways to measure the qualitative experiences. You will ultimately be responsible for understanding how well our products work, advocating for critical changes, representing how they'll be experienced by our customers. We are a nimble, fast-paced team that relies heavily on a tight relationship between Engineering, Program management and Quality Engineering. As a member of our passionate group in AIML Program Quality, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to shape and improve our products to delight and inspire millions of Apple’s customers every day. In this position you will need to be self-motivated with strong technical and interpersonal skills. Day to day tasks will involve hands-on adversarial testing of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications. In addition to manual testing, responsibilities will include design and implementation of test plans and test cases, risk analysis, customer impact analysis, cross-functional testing coordination, and integration testing across the system.
