Who you are
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-paced environment at Carvana. As an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to learn and grow your skills while contributing to a team that values exceptional customer service. You understand the importance of teamwork and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer expectations. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's quality standards before it is painted. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of vehicles. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
