Who you are

You have a strong academic background with an undergraduate law degree and a genuine passion for the law, particularly its practical application in a modern business context. With at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role, you possess a solid grounding in general commercial law. While fintech experience is a plus, a strong generalist mindset is key to your success in this role. You have a commercial mindset that allows you to navigate legal grey areas and find viable paths forward to help the business meet its objectives. As a self-starter, you are driven to deliver results and contribute to the growth of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will tackle complex commercial challenges across international jurisdictions in the fast-paced world of global financial investment services. You will provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice that focuses on enabling the business rather than just highlighting blockers. Taking ownership of diverse legal projects across the Group, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market and support the operational side of a high-growth fintech. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
