Aibidia is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of their events strategy. You'll manage industry events, roadshows, and roundtable discussions to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. This role requires experience in event coordination and logistics.
You have a proven track record in event management, with experience leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events. Your expertise in coordinating logistics and managing external stakeholders is essential for ensuring successful event outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and marketing teams to create engaging experiences that resonate with attendees. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Aibidia's presence at major industry events throughout the year. You will lead the design and production of booth materials, ensuring that all merchandise is prepared and shipped on time. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define event agendas and content, ensuring that all events align with Aibidia's mission of driving innovation in Transfer Pricing. You will also facilitate smaller roundtable style events, working closely with account executives and subject matter experts to create targeted experiences for select clients. Your role will involve continuous evaluation of event strategies to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that each event delivers memorable experiences that align with Aibidia's goals.
