Figma is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to oversee customer acquisition across various segments. You'll craft and operate multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in demand generation strategies.
You have a strong background in demand generation, with experience managing upper funnel customer acquisition across various market segments. You excel at crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversion, and you understand how to educate different personas about products effectively. Your ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects at once is key to your success, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is essential. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product management. You are passionate about making design accessible to all and are excited to contribute to Figma's mission.
Experience in the EMEA region is a plus, as is familiarity with product-led sales motions. A background in marketing analytics and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable localizing global marketing strategies to fit regional needs, ensuring that campaigns resonate with diverse audiences.
In this role, you will manage the upper funnel customer acquisition efforts for Figma across the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. You will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Director and collaborate closely with Demand Generation and Regional Marketing Managers. Your responsibilities will include crafting, building, and operating multi-channel campaigns that convert into form-fills, MQLs/MQAs, and pipeline. You will analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, ensuring that Figma captures demand effectively across the EMEA region. You will also work with Global Demand Generation, Brand/Social, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, and Communications teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
