Overview

Vonage is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive revenue through critical Channel and Alliance partners. You'll manage co-marketing campaigns and analyze performance using tools like Salesforce. This role requires experience in B2B SaaS and marketing operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving successful campaigns. Your expertise in managing co-marketing initiatives with Alliance partners has equipped you with the skills to translate high-level strategies into measurable outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable owning the ROI story for your campaigns.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to monitor campaign performance and build insightful dashboards in Salesforce or other BI tools. Your ability to segment audiences and personalize messaging ensures that your campaigns resonate with specific partner verticals, such as Hyperscale marketplaces and ISV integrations.

You are a proactive and autonomous professional who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Managers, and Events. Your experience in managing marketing stacks, including tools like 6Sense and Salesforce, allows you to effectively nurture leads sourced from partners. You are also skilled in documenting and standardizing successful processes to enhance team efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in the Hyperscale and ISV ecosystems is a plus, as is familiarity with performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques. A background in unified communications or contact center solutions would also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of co-marketing initiatives with Alliance partners, ensuring that campaigns are strategically aligned and effectively executed. You will manage highly segmented, personalized campaigns designed for specific partner verticals, ensuring that messaging resonates with industry-specific pain points. Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies.

You will monitor campaign outcomes and build performance dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools to report on Marketing ROI and pipeline contribution. Your analytical mindset will help you optimize campaigns based on performance data, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance overall effectiveness.

As the primary operator of our marketing stack, you will manage list segmentation and lead nurturing for partner-sourced leads. Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales and Partner Managers to ensure effective follow-up and messaging alignment, fostering a cohesive approach to demand generation.

You will also document and standardize successful processes, creating playbooks that can be utilized by the team to replicate success in future campaigns. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through our strategic partnerships.
