Microelectronics Process Engineer, Optical Products (Starlink)

You have a strong background in microelectronics manufacturing processes, with experience in die attach, wire-bond, and active alignment. Your expertise in optical products and electro-optic devices makes you a valuable asset to our team. You possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and have hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes. Your ability to manage projects and optimize production processes for high volume manufacturing is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working with machine vendors to procure and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Desirable

Experience with design of experiments (DOE) to optimize production processes is a plus. Familiarity with the satellite industry and a passion for space exploration will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Microelectronics Process Engineer at SpaceX, you will be responsible for developing and managing new product introduction processes for micro-electronic assemblies.
