You’ll play a key role in helping plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and deepen engagement with priority audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Product, Comms, and Performance Marketing, gaining exposure to full-funnel marketing and developing hands-on experience building programs that deliver both brand and business impact. **What You'll Do** - **Campaign Development & Execution:** Support the end-to-end execution of field and retail marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, reviewing assets, organizing feedback, and ensuring delivery across all relevant channels. - **Project Management:** Own workback schedules for assigned projects. Proactively flag blockers, surface status updates, and make prioritization trade-offs as needed to keep things on track. - **Cross-functional Coordination:** Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Ops, Creative, and Analytics to ensure campaigns are aligned to business goals and run smoothly. - **Agency & Creative Management:** Partner with internal creative, production, and agency teams to help bring campaigns to life—supporting the development of consumer-centric work that drives engagement, product trial, and short- to mid-term growth. - **Asset & Brief Support:** Help draft creative briefs, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure assets are accurate and on-brand before launch. - **Data Gathering & Reporting:** Partner with Analytics and Marketing teams to help gather data for reporting, QA campaign tracking, and pull directional results post-launch. **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, specializing in a combination of field marketing, retail marketing and middle & through the funnel marketing that has driven brand and business impact - Bachelors Degree **Preferred Qualifications** - Familiarity with working alongside agencies and production partners to support creative development and delivery - Ability to synthesize campaign inputs and performance data into clear summaries that inform next steps and optimization - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and shift priorities based on changing business needs - Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset—comfortable taking initiative and anticipating what’s needed to move projects forward - Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-moving environments; able to stay calm and focused under pressure - Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics and how they tie back to business objectives (e.g. conversion rates, engagement, match rates, media mix) - In house experience at a consumer focused tech company. - Experience leading marketing campaigns in Canada For Canada-based roles: Uber may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruiting process; however, Uber employees make the ultimate selection and hiring decisions. This advertisement relates to a current, existing vacancy. For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$114,000 per year - CAD$127,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link [https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits](https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits). Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real-world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuelds progress. What moves us, moves the world - let’s move it forward, together. Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time. Please speak with your recruiter to better understand in-office expectations for this role. \*Accommodations may be available based on religious and/or medical conditions, or as required by applicable law.
