About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Agents to own and drive the design, strategy, and delivery of agentic products within marketing automation — autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems that reason, decide, and act across real customer workflows.
You’ll design and deliver agentic product experiences that drive real business impact, defining how agents reason, act, and collaborate with humans across enterprise workflows such as marketing execution, decision support, optimization, and orchestration — delivering value at scale.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, GTM, and leadership to turn agentic technology into scalable, trustworthy, and revenue-driving products used by customers around the world.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of defined AI agent initiatives — from problem framing and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Define how agents reason, act, escalate, and collaborate with humans across modern marketing workflows, spanning human-triggered, agent-triggered, and autonomous actions.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to translate LLMs and proprietary AI capabilities into reliable, usable, and measurable product experiences.
- Write clear product requirements and rationale, define success metrics, prioritize tradeoffs, and unblock teams to ship high-quality solutions.
- Define and track metrics such as adoption, task success, automation rate, and business impact; iterate continuously to improve trust, accuracy, and usability.
- Collaborate with design, sales, product marketing, compliance, and customer teams to ensure agents are understandable, safe, demo-able, and valuable to customers.
- Contribute hands-on product input into broader agent strategy, patterns, and standards, helping raise the overall bar for agentic product quality.
- Share product learnings and mentor peers where appropriate, contributing to a strong product culture that helps attract and grow top talent.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for Builder PMs — product managers who enjoy getting their hands dirty and can turn complex ideas into shipped products with real business impact.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning and shipping meaningful outcomes end-to-end.
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered products in production environments, with a solid understanding of LLMs, agent behavior, decisioning, or workflow automation.
- Strong hands-on execution skills: comfortable owning discovery, writing PRDs or building prototypes, evaluating AI capabilities, and working deeply with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ship reliable, usable agentic products.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, using sound product judgment to make tradeoffs and move forward without perfect information.
- Clear, structured communicator with strong product instincts and a bias toward action and accountability.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — required for working in a global product and engineering environment.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with marketing teams and marketing automation SaaS — or direct experience working as a marketer.
- Background in data science, AI, or applied machine learning, or close collaboration with such teams.
- Experience building or scaling enterprise-grade products across multiple markets or regions.
- Mandarin-speaking (nice to have)
