You have over 8 years of leadership experience in building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations, particularly in the food & beverage, high-end retail, or tech industries. Your background includes direct experience in concept development and multi-unit operations, showcasing your ability to scale a service-oriented business effectively. You have demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions, ensuring that your strategies are both effective and financially sound.
You are a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, capable of working across various teams to achieve common goals. Your leadership style fosters a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering your team to excel in their roles.
