NICE is seeking a Specialist Client Services Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and quality standards.
You have a strong background in project management, with experience overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that support strategic goals. You excel in building and managing client relationships, ensuring successful project execution, and adhering to quality standards. Your hands-on approach to mentoring staff fosters a learning and growth environment, and you are adept at transforming business requirements into creative solutions. You are skilled in preparing project status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status and issues. You handle customer escalations effectively and provide corrective action plans as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects throughout their lifecycle, including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. You will manage all project tasks, including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints. You will actively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion of projects and maintain communication with customers and internal team members. Your role will involve preparing project status reports and presentations to keep management and stakeholders informed. You will also handle customer escalations and develop corrective action plans to address any issues that arise.
