Overview

Apple is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager for Incident Management to enhance business operations and drive excellence within the Apple Pay Wallet and Payments Operations team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You have extensive experience in operations management, particularly in incident management, and are adept at evolving strategies to improve business processes. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring that customer experiences are prioritized and enhanced. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while solving complex problems. Your passion for operational excellence drives you to continuously seek improvements and efficiencies in processes.

Desirable

Experience in the payments industry or with financial products is a plus, as is familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a technology-driven environment. You are curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to innovate and improve the customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of incident management strategies that enhance operational capabilities for Apple Pay and related services. You will work closely with product, retail, AppleCare, and engineering teams to define and execute processes that ensure timely resolution of incidents. Your responsibilities will include analyzing incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as developing training materials and resources for team members. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of operational excellence within the team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.
