You have a proven track record of leading product management teams, with at least 5 years of experience in the technology sector. Your expertise lies in developing product strategies that align with business goals, particularly in the areas of backup, disaster recovery, and continuity solutions. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product outcomes.

You are an effective communicator, able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends.

You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses. Your understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, particularly for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), enables you to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in product offerings. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products.

Desirable

Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions in IT management. A background in working with MSPs or internal IT organizations will give you an edge in understanding customer pain points and requirements.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for Kaseya's BCDR portfolio. You will lead the product management team in developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Your role will involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. This includes prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands. You will also work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of Kaseya's BCDR solutions to potential customers.

In addition, you will monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future iterations and improvements. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product management team, encouraging team members to take ownership of their work and contribute to the overall success of the product portfolio.
