You have extensive experience in service delivery and are recognized as a subject matter expert in your field. Your focus is on ensuring technical readiness and compliance for frontline engineers or delivery partner support staff. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to achieving superior customer experiences through your expertise in Microsoft’s products and services.
You understand the importance of building trust and confidence with customers, and you are adept at leveraging AI technology to enhance support experiences. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to guide teams and customers alike.
Experience in customer service or support roles within the technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft’s product portfolio will help you excel in this position, as will any previous experience in a technical advisory capacity.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise for one or more Microsoft products or services. You will work closely with frontline engineers to ensure they are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service to customers.
