Principal Product Designer

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a solid understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design aligns with business goals and user expectations. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user groups. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders, articulating your design rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design process for various projects, from ideation to implementation. You will conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the final products meet user needs and expectations. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will ensure that designs are feasible and align with technical constraints. You will also be responsible for conducting usability testing to validate your designs and iterating based on user feedback. As a Principal Product Designer, you will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
