What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in scaling Column's payment operations function. You will assist in developing robust internal processes that ensure efficient handling of payment-related customer requests. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving issues across various payment methods, including ACH, wires, checks, international payments, Real Time Payments (RTP), and FedNow. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the complexities of the banking supply chain and how different components interact within the financial technology ecosystem.
