What you'll do

In your role as a Technical Services Intern, you will help the internal team resolve technical issues related to hardware and software through the ServiceNOW ticketing system. You will support the HR team in onboarding new colleagues and assist with the offboarding process for departing employees. Your responsibilities will include configuring devices for users according to company procedures and standards, as well as monitoring backups and other business continuity activities. When necessary, you will escalate issues to specialized technical teams to ensure timely resolution. This internship offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment and develop the technical skills needed for future roles.
