You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand their needs is key to your success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at using various sourcing tools and techniques to find the best talent. You are customer-obsessed, reflecting the values of SecurityScorecard in your approach to recruitment. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and actively seek to create a diverse candidate pool.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it will help you better understand the specific needs of the roles you are sourcing for. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing strategies will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent. You will utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
