What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of the infrastructure that powers the Temporal Cloud Platform. You will be responsible for driving architecture decisions and guiding technical trade-offs that impact the scalability and reliability of our services.

You will collaborate with your teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure meets the needs of our customers at scale. This includes operating services, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements based on user feedback and system metrics.

Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. You will have the opportunity to shape the foundation of our platform while gaining deep expertise with the Temporal open-source server and our cloud services.
