Finance Intern, GM Finance

1. Daily audit the payment information of overseas remittances from overseas sellers, report any abnormal situations, and issue proforma invoices for declaration of overseas remittances.
2. Daily reconcile the recorded cash transactions against the bank statement and perform necessary adjustments.
3. Support Tax filling an providing the contracts and documents of delivery shipments & in-transit shipments under BCJ to CN Tax team’s review on monthly basis.
4. Support annual statutory audit, provide the contracts and related supporting documents for both interim and final audit.
- Are enrolled in a full-time student in finance, accounting or related field
- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6-month internship maximum
- Experience with MS Office, in particular MS Excel
- Experience with strong communication skills.- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Internship experience in finance or a related analytical field
- Obtained finance-related professional certifications.
