Axon is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting Operations to lead all revenue-related activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and providing insights into revenue trends. This role requires strong leadership and accounting expertise.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in revenue accounting operations, with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition principles. Your leadership skills enable you to coach and develop teams effectively, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You are detail-oriented and possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to conduct thorough flux and gross margin analyses. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly makes you a trusted partner across various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Legal. You are committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and audit readiness, ensuring that financial statements are accurate and transparent.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS revenue models and familiarity with SEC requirements would be advantageous. A background in technology or software companies can provide valuable context for your role at Axon. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in revenue operations. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills allow you to navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on the mission of protecting life.

What you'll do
