You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau. This role requires 5-6 years of experience in business operations or related fields.
You have 5-6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, finance, or related roles — your background equips you with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that you apply to optimize processes and resources. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, which provides a solid foundation for your work. Your proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Excel and Tableau, allows you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams in Engineering, Finance, and Recruiting to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities, ensuring that operational processes align with business goals.
Experience working with engineering and product teams is a plus, as it enhances your ability to understand technical requirements and operational challenges. Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and operational dashboards that measure efficiency, hiring velocity, utilization, and budget adherence will further strengthen your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will support the BizOps team in driving and implementing operational processes for the AI & Data Platforms organization. You will be involved in critical initiatives related to budgets, headcount management, reporting, and process optimization. Collaborating closely with other IS&T teams, Finance, and Leadership, you will ensure that priorities are clear and resources are aligned. Your focus will be on delivering data-driven decisions that fuel smarter outcomes across Apple. You will analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights that help shape strategic initiatives. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining operational dashboards that track performance metrics and facilitate informed decision-making. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the AiDP organization, driving better business outcomes and enhancing overall productivity.
