Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and are passionate about reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and team members alike. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also getting involved in local community initiatives, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric organization. You will work in shifts that may vary from 7am to 9pm, ensuring that you are available to meet customer needs throughout the day. Your performance will be key to unlocking growth opportunities within the company, as you will have the chance to progress through merit-based increases in pay every 90 days.
