Google is seeking a Head of YouTube and DV360 Ads Solutions to lead and develop a sales team while driving innovative advertising strategies. This role requires deep knowledge of the Brazilian media landscape and fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Your background includes experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team. You are fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, enabling you to effectively communicate with local stakeholders. You possess deep knowledge of the Brazilian media landscape, understanding the interplay between traditional broadcasters, streaming services, and social platforms. You have the ability to anticipate market shifts, such as the convergence of commerce and video, and the evolution of connected TVs and social platforms, allowing you to seize addressable headroom in the video ecosystem. You have demonstrated the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, serving as a critical link between sales, local product areas, and global engineering teams.
You have a proven track record of defining and executing complex customer or product strategies that deliver long-term business value. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media drives your commitment to maximizing customer success. You act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. You excel at building trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve market needs and competitive nuances, influencing the global product roadmap.

In this role, you will lead the YouTube and DV360 Ads Solutions team, driving innovative advertising strategies that align with Google's overall objectives. You will orchestrate alignment across cross-functional product areas to streamline go-to-market strategies and remove execution barriers. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with local product areas and global engineering teams to ensure that the advertising solutions meet the unique needs of the Brazilian market.
You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine advertising strategies, ensuring that Google remains at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape. Your role will involve regular interaction with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to advocate for product enhancements that address customer needs.
