You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 10 years of experience in finance roles, ideally within a scale-up or fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. You have experience in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investment appraisal, which will be crucial in this role. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment within the finance team and across the business.

What you'll do
