Gearset is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and collaborate with engineering and UX teams. You'll leverage your experience to enhance the Salesforce platform for development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within tech-focused environments where you've collaborated closely with development teams. Your background includes a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies. You are adept at working cross-functionally, engaging with UX, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and user needs. You thrive in environments that value automation and DevOps practices, and you understand the challenges faced by teams customizing and releasing changes on platforms like Salesforce.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical mindset helps you define success metrics and drive data-informed decisions. You are passionate about user experience and have a knack for identifying impactful problems to solve, ensuring that the products you manage deliver real value to users. You are also comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, making you a valuable asset in fast-paced environments.
Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing. You may have a background in software development or a technical field, which enhances your ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. As a Senior Product Manager at Gearset, you will own the product strategy for enhancing the Salesforce experience for development teams.
