SoFi is seeking a Home Loans Member Advocate to enhance customer retention and provide excellent service in a mortgage environment. You'll utilize your customer service and sales skills to engage with existing members and ensure their needs are met. This role requires experience in customer service and sales.
You have a strong background in customer service and sales, ideally within the financial services or mortgage industry. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers allows you to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. You are proactive in making outbound calls to existing members, ensuring they feel valued and supported. You understand the importance of retention strategies and are eager to contribute to the company's growth by keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
You are detail-oriented and possess a solid understanding of loan restructuring processes. Your product knowledge enables you to navigate complex loan files and make necessary adjustments to meet agency guidelines. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with management and secondary markets to optimize retention strategies and enhance profitability.
In this role, you will focus on retention by identifying sales opportunities while servicing customers. You will make outbound calls to existing SoFi members, providing them with appropriate resolutions and offers to retain their business. You will work with management to create and evolve retention strategies, ensuring that clients remain engaged with SoFi's services. Your role will also involve collaborating with secondary markets to maintain minimum company profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for reviewing loan files that require restructuring, utilizing your customer service skills to communicate necessary changes to borrowers. Your ability to build rapport with clients will be crucial in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to SoFi. You will participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, enhancing your ability to serve members effectively.
