In this role, you will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally and that preventative maintenance is performed regularly. Your responsibilities will include supervising technicians, acting as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers, and solving equipment issues to reduce operational downtime.
