Program Manager, Solutions Architecture (Product Interlock)

Previous experience in a user-facing role, such as go-to-market strategies or customer support, has equipped you with the insights necessary to understand user needs and expectations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus, as it enhances your understanding of the dynamics between technical solutions and user requirements. Familiarity with product development processes or product launches will further strengthen your candidacy, as you will be expected to liaise with various teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of programs.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager focused on Solutions Architecture, you will lead the design, decision-making, and delivery of programs that establish the global Solutions Architecture organization as a trusted advisor on Stripe’s solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with global leadership to identify strategic priorities and develop programs that address time-sensitive business challenges. You will work to reduce friction for Solutions Architects, enabling them to deliver impactful user experiences effectively. By scaling best practices across the organization, you will help drive the broadest possible global impact. Your responsibilities will include steering program design and execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with Stripe’s mission and objectives. You will also be tasked with measuring the success of these programs and iterating on them based on feedback and results.
