Deel is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Payroll Solutions to lead and optimize payroll processes across global teams. This role requires strong operational management skills and experience in payroll solutions.
You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in payroll solutions, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You understand the complexities of global payroll and have experience working with diverse teams to implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that payroll processes are efficient and compliant with local regulations.
