Overview

Workato is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business sales and communicate effectively with senior executives in mid-sized businesses. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in commercial software sales, ideally with a SaaS or PaaS vendor.

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of experience in commercial software sales, ideally within a SaaS or PaaS environment. You have a proven track record of generating new business sales and possess strong communication skills to engage with senior executives in mid-sized businesses. Your entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset enable you to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time under pressure. You are a strong team player with the ability to influence and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Your proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal, allows you to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the voice of the customer within Workato, presenting key client challenges and advocating for their needs. You will be responsible for driving new business sales and building relationships with potential clients. Your ability to navigate complex workflows and understand client requirements will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
