Uber is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Ads Demand Platform to lead AI-powered initiatives that enhance advertiser outcomes and system efficiency. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to drive product strategy and execution.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in platform products, and you thrive on translating complex technical concepts into clear product strategies. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Data Science, to deliver impactful solutions. You are data-driven and understand how to define and monitor success metrics that drive business outcomes. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders to achieve product goals. You have a strong emphasis on AI-driven capabilities and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve user experiences.
Experience in the advertising technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in product development. You are comfortable with defining OKRs and success metrics, and you have a track record of driving measurable business impact at scale. You are a strong communicator who can articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
In this role, you will own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key components of the Ads Demand Platform, focusing on AI-driven capabilities such as automation, optimization, prediction, and decisioning. You will partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to define platform and machine learning requirements, trade-offs, and phased delivery plans. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional execution with Analytics, Sales, Operations, and partner PM teams to deliver scalable, reusable platform solutions. You will define clear OKRs and success metrics, monitoring product performance post-launch to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration across teams to ensure that product initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
