Who you are

You are a mission-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with at least one year of experience in the field. You have a minimum of one year of clinical experience working with the perinatal population, demonstrating your commitment to maternal mental health. Your background includes at least six months of telehealth experience, allowing you to effectively engage with patients in a virtual setting. You are passionate about making a profound impact on the lives of mothers and their families, and you thrive in a collaborative environment with other clinicians.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with our PMHNP Team Lead and Chief Medical Officer to deliver the highest quality of care for our perinatal patients. You will engage in medication management, specialized therapy, and peer support to treat common perinatal mood disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to patients throughout their journey. You will also collaborate with OBGYN clinics and health plans to ensure that care is accessible and affordable for all patients. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our holistic clinical model, which has shown significant improvements in patient outcomes.
