Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in handling various types of dents and damages on vehicle panels. Your skills include advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and the ability to repair creases and body lines effectively. You are familiar with working on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality repairs that meet industry standards.

You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, understanding the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. What you'll do

As a Senior Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for using your advanced skills to repair dents and damages on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each repair meets our high standards of quality. Your role will involve assessing the extent of damage and determining the best repair techniques to restore vehicles efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with other technicians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of vehicles to customers. Your expertise will be crucial in training entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their roles. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. You will communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on repair progress and any challenges encountered during the process.
