Amazon is hiring an HR Contact Center Associate to support employees with HR queries in Polish and English. You'll handle employee lifecycle inquiries and improve customer service processes. This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
You are a proactive communicator with a strong command of both Polish and English, ready to engage with employees and managers through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You have a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every contact is handled with care and attention to detail. You are adept at identifying gaps in documentation and processes, always looking for ways to enhance the level of service provided. Your ability to work collaboratively with team members and escalate issues when necessary makes you a valuable asset to the HR Contact Center team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a wide range of HR queries related to benefits, payroll, onboarding, and terminations. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include referring to standard operating procedures and frequently asked questions to provide accurate information. You will also be tasked with processing absence reporting requests and identifying areas for improvement in customer service. Your role will require you to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity and understanding in all interactions.
