BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management to support cross-functional planning and risk mitigation in their CMC team. This role requires effective communication and proactive resource management.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. You excel at cross-functional collaboration and have a knack for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders. Experience in managing projects related to drug development or clinical trials would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the biotech industry is also a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
As the Senior Manager of Project Management, you will report directly to the Director of Program Management. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CMC team by ensuring that all project activities are well-coordinated and aligned with strategic objectives. You will facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, helping to identify resource needs and potential risks early in the project lifecycle. Your role will involve developing and maintaining project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for establishing and monitoring risk mitigation plans, ensuring that any issues are addressed proactively. Your ability to foster collaboration among team members will be crucial in driving project success. You will work closely with scientists, regulatory experts, and other project managers to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and that the team is equipped to meet its goals.
