You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in technology and data centers. You possess excellent organizational skills and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and independently troubleshoot issues is crucial for success in this role. You are physically capable of lifting and moving equipment as required, and you are willing to participate in an on-call rotation to support data center operations. You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network systems, which will help you excel in diagnosing and repairing issues as they arise.
Experience in a data center environment or with hardware repair is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with AWS services or cloud infrastructure can enhance your application. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies will be beneficial as you grow in this role.
