You have a deep understanding of Jira and agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, which you leverage to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. You are data-driven, capable of making informed decisions based on metrics that align with business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the digital assets space, understanding its complexities and opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive product and R&D operations within the Platform units, ensuring seamless execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to oversee the delivery of new products and features, ensuring high-quality execution of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing quality assurance processes, overseeing cross-functional dependencies, and implementing efficient communication strategies. You will facilitate the unit’s roadmap planning process, helping teams align their objectives with the broader company goals. Additionally, you will track success metrics and help teams make data-driven decisions that lead to impactful results for Fireblocks. You will act as a bridge between various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives, ultimately contributing to the success of the product and the company.
