Vanta is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for their Enterprise Account Management team in Dublin. You'll lead a team of Account Managers to drive retention and growth targets across EMEA. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in enterprise account management, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams. Your leadership style is supportive and empowering, enabling your team to excel in their roles while achieving business objectives. You understand the nuances of the EMEA market and have experience developing strategies tailored to diverse customer needs. You are adept at mentoring and coaching, providing your team with the tools and guidance necessary for success. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet retention and growth targets. You are passionate about building relationships and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within your team.
Experience in the security or compliance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You have a knack for developing innovative sales initiatives that drive results and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in this role.
As the Senior Sales Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for building and implementing strategies for our upmarket customer base across EMEA. You will manage and mentor a growing team of Account Managers, providing them with the necessary tools, coaching, and support to deliver exceptional results. Your role will involve evolving Vanta's expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies that will boost our Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Account Managers, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles. Conducting weekly forecasting meetings and mentoring your direct reports on strategies to retain and grow customer accounts will be key responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives, contributing to the overall success of Vanta's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.
